This is a collection of texts that suggest and stimulate ways of being with a place. Skálanes, a nature and heritage research station at the edge of Seyðisfjörður, is the place we are with, listen to, read and write from. The texts are grouped in three chapters, one for each day – clear as mud but mud settles – the mouth as never always about voice – eating too many berries has the same effect on birds as it does on people –.
The final manuscript for the play “Hungry Chair Inc.” which was performed by LungA (Spring 26′) on the 7th of March 2026 in the Fish Factory in Seyðisfjörður. It was written by the Writing Department in collaboration with the rest of the departments of the play with support and direction from Halldóra Kristín

This reader was made on the occasion of an invitation from the art schooll in Tallinn, EKA, to participate in their program by hosting a workshop on exhibition-making over the radio in march 2026.
